About Commission Progress✦ All price(s) listed are the base price for each menu. The total price can change depending on details, adds-on, special request, commercial usage, etc.✦ All commissioned illustrations are for Personal Use only by default. Commercial use will add the price more depending the usage of the arts, please talk it to me first before commissioning for commercial use.
• Stream assets/promotional usage; 2x price.
• Physical merchandise; 3x price.✦ Update will be send in sketch, lineart and final colored/rendered steps.
Feel free to ask for any updates any time via DM (but do not spam).✦ I have the right to decline your request if I feel that I'm unable to do it.✦ Always welcome for minor revisions in sketch progress and minor color revision in color checking (I will send the finished preview for color checking to the client).
Minor revisions allowed in sketch, lineart, and final render preview (change minor colors only). **Please provide clear reference and request before I sketch or accept your order.Revision examples:
• ✅ YES : Change expression in sketch, or fix slight mistake on eyes color in lineart.
• ❌NO : Change pose, or change the concept and character entirely──── ୨୧ ────

General Rules✦ Full payment after client approved the sketch. Payment will be done via BCA (Indonesia) or PayPal (global).✦ If client has not provided reply/updates/message/ignoring for too long or after a certain number of days the artist provides updates or reminders, then the artist (me) has the right to postpone, cancel the order, or even blacklist the client.✦ NO refunds and NO cancel after I start your sketch.✦ All commissioned art copyright and credit belongs to me. DO NOT CLAIM OR CREDITING YOURSELF/OTHER PEOPLE FOR MY ART. DO NOT RESELL MY ART (including the commissioned art).✦ It is NOT allowed to commission artwork from me for the purpose of reselling, redistribution, or inclusion in third-party services (such as resellers or brokers), whether under their own name or another party’s name.✦ DO NOT use my illustrations for AI or NFT.
DO NOT USE FOR AI OR NFT. It's prohibited to use any of my arts including commissioned artworks for AI in any kind. This includes "Grok", "Sora AI", "Chat GPT" and any other AI tools. It's NOT allowed to use any of my artwork for AI training, AI enhance, or any kind of AI use.
DO NOT use the illustration outside the agreement purpose (example; Using personal commission for commercial purpose).✦ I have the right to post the finished illustration in any social media for my portfolio. If you wish for the commissioned art to be posted as sample by certain date/event please inform me, otherwise I will post it anytime freely as my portfolio.✦ No deadline. Progress time varies from 4 days to 3 weeks depending on details and type of menu (the progress time listed is outside the queue and free day; Saturday-Sunday)

Violation and Penalties✦ By placing an order, the client is considered to have read and agreed to all stated Terms of Service.
Any violation of the ToS will result in:
• Permanent blacklist from all my services.
• No refunds under any circumstances.
• Revocation of usage rights (if necessary).
I also reserve the right to take further action as needed, including handling the matter in a professional manner.
